Do you believe that the Creative Arts can have a profound impact in driving social change? Are you an active member of any discipline of the creative arts industry? We want you to be part of our team and elevate the impact of your creative practice and lead it to driving social change.

Our mission is to reimagine the power of creative arts in driving social change by bringing experts from a diverse range of studies to apply an interdisciplinary approach to tackle social issues through project based collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in any discipline of the Creative Arts Industry, please specify in your CV.

  • Currently enrolled as a student in high school, college, or university.

  • Studying a related subject to the position that you are applying to is preferred but not required.

  • Passionate about social causes and making a positive impact in the community.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

  • Prior volunteering experience or involvement in community service is a plus, but not required.

Multimedia Director

  • Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, animations, and interactive media, that effectively communicates the organization's message.

  • Coordinate and oversee the production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high quality and impactful content.

  • Write scripts, storyboard concepts, and conduct interviews to capture compelling stories and experiences of the organization's beneficiaries and volunteers.

  • Video Production:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee video shoots, including managing equipment, locations, talent, and crew.

  • Edit and post-produce videos using professional editing software, ensuring seamless transitions, compelling visuals, and clear audio.

  • Incorporate branding elements and messaging into videos to enhance the organization's identity and create a consistent visual experience.

  • Attend interviews with guests and formulate interview questions after thorough background research and produce post interview writings

Event space designer

  • Work closely with event managers and the executive team to understand event requirements, objectives, and vision for the space.

  • Low budget space designing speciality is preferred 

  • Develop creative and innovative event space concepts that align with the event's purpose.

  • Design layouts, floor plans, and 3D renderings to visually communicate the proposed concepts.

  • Analyze the event space, considering its size, layout, and existing infrastructure.

  • Develop detailed floor plans, indicating the placement of various elements, such as seating areas, stages, exhibitor booths, registration desks, and interactive installations.

  • Optimize space utilization to create flow, maximize capacity, and facilitate smooth guest movement throughout the event.

  • Create visually engaging presentations, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.

  • Incorporate branding elements and corporate identities into the event space design, ensuring consistency and reinforcing the client's image.

  • Oversee the installation and setup of the event space, ensuring that the design plan is executed accurately and to the client's satisfaction.

Event Manager(s)

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of an event, including scheduling, venue selection and logistics

  • Logistics and Operations: Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, seating arrangements, registration, security, and transportation. Ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event.

  • Team Coordination: Lead and manage event staff and volunteers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone is working together effectively to deliver a successful event.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits or licenses.

  • On-site Event Management: Be present during the event to supervise and manage all event elements, including timing, program flow, entertainment, and guest experience. Resolve any issues or emergencies that may occur.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event, gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Well connected within any discipline of the creative industry. For example, Classical Music industry, visual arts industry, Luxury Fashion industry etc.

  • Manage, acquire, and identity partners that align with the upcoming event’s interest

  • Work with the executive team during the event planning stage to identify, liaise and secure partners

(Flexible) but around 3-5 hours a week
