INAUGURAL PROJECT

Joined by Gabriel Prokofiev, Dr Tamsin Alexander, Dr Khabat Abas and Dr Franziska Strack, our inaugural project explored the historical significance of creative artists in times of political turmoil and their potential influence on today's creative practitioners.

We welcomed electrifying performances from Gabriel Prokofiev and Khabat Abas followed by a discussion at the London School of Economics' Shaw Library.

The Role of Interdisciplinary Creativity in Social Activism with Ai Weiwei

Held at the Old Divinity School of St. John's College, University of Cambridge, we partnered with the Fitzwilliam Museum Society and invited the contemporary artist Ai Weiwei to discuss the intersections between his creative practices and his social activism.
